You don't need to go far to find amazing wildlife at Ardanaiseig. The grounds around the hotel are often visited by an array of creatures, from red squirrels and roe deer to osprey and buzzards.

If you don't want to go it alone, a number of local businesses, such as Seafari Adventures, offer wildlife-spotting tours and expeditions, which we can arrange as part of your stay.

For our more creative visitors, a Wildlife Photography session with Lochvisions is in ideal way to spend a day.  Award winning photographer Philip Price  has set up a number of hides and viewing platforms around Loch Awe and provides all the necessary equipment and guidance. Ardanaiseig currently offers two night wildlife photography packages with Lochvisions, or we can make tailored arrangements to suit your requirements.
