"My wife says I have an in-built attraction for service mishaps! However, the Ardanaiseig Hotel in Scotland stands out as my best customer service experience. We had forgotten to tell them that I didn't eat meat and a single set-menu menu is provided for all guests. I advised the waiter and he spoke to the chef who conjured up a fantastic three-course meal for me. The following day we arrived for dinner and I had my own personalised menu - fantastic service!"
